Jayda was born with Trismony 18 on September 1, 2009 and stayed with us for a short time. Jayda lived to be 3 weeks old and what a blessing to our family. I am so thankful she got to come home for a week, still on oxygen and tube fed, but she was home. A home filled with so much love and compassion. I know she felt all the love because through all her pain she would sometimes smile at me and she would wrap her little hand around my finger. She weighed 4 lbs. 6 ozs. at birth and 19 inches long; head full of hair and just simply beautiful. Would fuss like crazy if you did not change her diaper on time. So precious a child she was to us. It's almost as if she had stayed 30 years with me, that's how much love I feel for her. I miss her dearly but God loved her more so He ended her suffering. I know Jayda is one of the prettiest angels in Heaven.
My mission is to raise money for research on this horrible disease that is taking away so many beautiful little angels. I hold her dearly every day in my heart.
